We generate massive awareness through retail, events, athletes, and brand partnerships. Your task: to translate this reach into a functioning D2C flywheel. Performance marketing, creator layers, CRM, and retention will intertwine and reinforce each other with every iteration under your guidance.
What you will be responsible for
1. Performance Marketing
- Ownership of Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads
- Campaigns for hero SKUs, bundles, events, and retail halo pushes
- Creative briefings, transferring learnings back to the team
- Cross-channel budget management
2. CRM, Lifecycle & Retention
- Email, WhatsApp, and SMS flows (Klaviyo stack)
- End-to-end lifecycle journeys
- A/B testing retention automations
- Segmentation by behavior and lifecycle stage
3. Subscription & LTV
- Subscribe & Save default, funnel optimization
- Q2-critical: Subscription over 50 percent
- LTV modeling per cohort and channel
- Pricing and bundle tests
4. Creator Performance Bridge
- Influencer content in a performance context (codes, tracking, whitelisting)
- Sparring with Kathrin and Jona
- Scalable affiliate logic
What you bring
- 3+ years of performance marketing experience in D2C brands
- Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, TikTok Ads
- CRM/Retention: Klaviyo, Shopify, WhatsApp, or SMS stack
- Subscription mechanics, LTV/CAC, cohort logic
- AI-First Mindset
- Strong strategic thinking, hands-on approach
- Very good German, fluent English
