General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Subscriptions at Dryll.co
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions ("Subscription GTC") apply to all subscription agreements concluded via the website www.dryll.co. They supplement our general GTC by regulating the specific conditions for subscriptions. In the event of contradictions, these Subscription GTC take precedence over the general GTC.
2. Subject of the Contract
The Dryll subscription ("Subscription") enables customers to regularly receive selected products. The contents, prices, delivery intervals, and other details of the respective subscription are specified in the respective product description on our website.
3. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The subscription comes into effect when the customer completes the ordering process on our website and receives an order confirmation from us via email.
(2) A subscription can only be concluded by persons of legal age.
4. Term and Termination
(1) The subscription has a minimum term of two (2) months for monthly subscriptions and one (1) year for annual subscriptions.
(2) After the minimum term has expired, the subscription can be terminated at any time with a notice period of one (1) month/year at the end of the current delivery interval.
(3) Termination takes place in the user area of the dryll.co website.
(4) After the termination becomes effective, no further deliveries or billings will be made.
(5) After the start of a new billing period (monthly or annually), the subscription can be cancelled within 14 days. A refund will only be issued after the received products have been returned to us in their original packaging and undamaged. Opened or partially used products are excluded from return. If free items were included as part of the subscription, these must also be returned with the return.
5. Prices and Payment
(1) All prices are stated on the website and include the applicable value-added tax.
(2) Billing occurs regularly before the start of the respective delivery interval via the payment method selected by the customer.
(3) Dryll reserves the right to adjust prices if production, procurement, or shipping costs change. Customers will be informed of price changes at least four (4) weeks before they take effect. In this case, the customer has a special right of termination.
6. Delivery
(1) Deliveries are made according to the delivery interval selected at the time of subscription.
(2) Delivery delays due to force majeure or circumstances beyond Dryll's control will extend the delivery period accordingly.
7. Right of Withdrawal
(1) For the initial conclusion of a subscription, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies.
(2) The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if sealed goods were delivered that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, as soon as their seal has been removed after delivery.
8. Gifts and Promotions
(1) Gifts or other benefits granted as part of the subscription are voluntary additional services from Dryll.
(2) These gifts and benefits are excluded from return, exchange, or refund.
(3) In the event of termination of the subscription, there is no claim for return or compensation for the value of received gifts.
9. Liability
The liability regulated in our general GTC applies.
10. Final Provisions
(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Dryll, provided the customer is a merchant or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.
(3) Should individual provisions of these Subscription GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
